Once all raw tea leaves reach our factory they are carefully prepared for fermentation and drying. Once dried, the tea leaves reach the sifting room where the teas are graded and cleaned before being packed for dispatch. Our state of the art electronic packer manufactured in Sri Lanka,allows a packing speed of 45 bags(1800Kg) per hour . All tea grades we manufacture are tasted to ensure we keep up to date with our tea manufacturing process, making sure to identify and implement new machinery to achieve more productivity & higher quality in our products. We have invested in one of the latest colour separator machines and a sustainable boiler system to better serve all our stakeholders.
